What Food as Medicine Means
The idea is simple and backed by how the body actually works. What you eat every day shapes how you feel every day, from energy and mood to the slow progress of chronic illness.
Altruism’s FaM Program turns that idea into something you can use. You will take home fresh produce and learn practical, hands-on ways to put healthy eating to work in your own kitchen. Not a strict diet, and not a lecture, but real food and real skills that fit the way you already live.
That is the work we do together, one practical step at a time.
