From Health Care to Social Care – We Are Here

The Maternal and Infant Health (MaIH) Center aims to reach pregnant people early (preferably in the first trimester) to screen for health risk factors,.

We also provide prenatal care, or health care referrals, as well as identify and address social care needs (food, transportation, support for things like gas and light bills, etc.,).  

This support includes people who have recently given birth. This period is very important and we are here to provide or connect you to the help you need.

The MaIH Centers has doulas, perinatal community health workers (CHWs), and midwives who work together to meet the health care and social care needs of our clients.
